Cheats says loaded but nothing happens in game

Load game and the console tells me that the codes are loaded, but they don't do anything in the game.  They are direct codes from codejunkies.  Tried multiple conversion methods, all to no avail. Do they look like codes that need to be converted?  Any help is much appreciated.
