To prevent further confusion, can you say What is the fps reading when, you have set dx11 hardware mode as the video renderer in the gsdx plugin settings ?
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

Its about 38fps or 42 when plugin is set to hardware mode in option, its only 60fps if renderer is set to software then F9 pressed to switch.

yeah, this is actually a strange behavior. check the EE and GS values when you have triggered hardware mode through F9 and, when you have booted with hardware mode in the gsdx plugin settings. what's the difference in the EE and GS values ?
