Choppy framerate even at 60fps?

Like I already said in an earlier post I'm not using any speedhacks.

Bositman, the framerate in software mode is too low to be able to accurately detect this framerate stutter.

Apologies, I missed it at the second post, sorry.

Let's hope all that blah blah does help someone else to understand how the speedhacks (and almost so importantly, why) may affect their gaming experience.
