Clearest Image settings?

What settings should i use to get clearest image? (not blurry and not pixelated)
I tried lot of settings but i can't get clear image and worse when i turning left or right.My eye hurts from this. The game is GTA:LCS.
How can it's possible in the PSP emulator(PPSSPP) the game is not blurry and so clear i don't understand, and the resolution is worse than ps2 and only 30 fps. Interesting.

No, it's normal. The PS2 version is actually a ***** port of the PSP version.
Pcsx2 can improve things a bit but don't expect too much.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
