Cmd Prompt when opening PCSX2

For whatever reason, anytime I open PCSX2 now I get this cmd looking prompt. If I close it, then it closes the entire PCSX2 program.
Anyway to disable this or stop it from popping up? It seemed to just start happening even before I updated to latest release.

Uncheck "Enable System Console" in "Tools".

Awesome, that did the trick. I had to also check advanced settings to view it.
