CoD Big Red One not starting

so ive been trying to play call of duty: big red one for a while but when i start it it just gets stuck on the initial 
loading screen and i cant even get to the menus

Tried to change from dx11 to software but nothing changed

pc speks: 
rtx4060 8gb
r7 7840hs
2x8 5600mhz
