Code Breaker v10.iso Intergration as cheats system

Hi, Would it be possible insted of .pnach file being made for cheats to have intergration of Code Breaker v10.iso as the cheats system which could also except codes from Game Hacking website that host codes for all old school cheats enablers including PS2, The iso works but it be pretty cool if it could be just boom enabled through the aplication insted of having to start up the iso first all the time like a true playstation 2? What are the thoughts on above being done so?

that would be the end of pcsx2 and completely kill the project
the other thing we could do is integrate directly games and bios.

I'll translate for those that may be a little 'slow':
"PCSX2 by itself does *not* infringe on any existing copyright and requires as part of its use to own original copies of any copyrighted materials/isos/disks/original hardware that may be utilized by pcsx2 application to play the games or media you already own." Everything else is at-best gray legal territory and is against pcsx2's terms of use.

Short answer is: code breaker stuff is copyrighted somewhere so it's an automatic no-no
Longer answer: code breaker ownership (originally Pelican Accessories) for PS2 games... is currently held by ??? entity... but it's always safer to play on the safe side... and just not risk it.
