Code request for Ridge Racer Type 4: Enable car reflections during race

Well, this request might be something special or impossibe.
RRType4 do have car reflections but only in car show room or right before the race starts as you can see here:

So it should be possible somehow to enable them during the race even decreasing the framerate?!
