you can try using an older pcsx2 version (around 1.4.0, i think), but we don't support old versions.
OR
using the pnach system instead of codebreaker
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

can i still use my save files from this version to the older one?
and i'm very new to the whole emulation scene and pnach seemed extremely complicated for me to use

Codebreaker used to work on early 1.5.0 dev builds. I could go all the way up to the point where it tells you to swap to the game disc, then swap the ISO to the game's ISO, then press X and it would work. From a later 1.5.0 build onwards, pressing X there would cause PCSX2 to hang.
