Commands not responding - Keyboard or gamepad

Im usually good at this.
I was really hoping to find something about this on other posts but no!

I have tried all inputs, different plugins for the pad, remapping for gamepad & keyboard. The program recognizes and saves my changes, and my gamepad works fine when I 'test' it. The games loads perfectly.

But when I press any buttons or keys, the PCSX2 doesnt..'recognize' my commands.
The bindings are fine, Ive changed the bios, the plugins and the PCSX2 version is 1.0

Anything?

did you try using lilypad and change input method (from direct input to windows messaging, for example)

Please post a screenshot of Lilypad window and PAD1 window.
