Thanks a lot for the tip, that was the only thing I didn't Try, it fixed the problem at least on RE4!
But why such a problem need to get fixed with aggressive hacks!

I do the Report on Git Code. It will be better to fix that for entire plugin.

It isn't an aggressive hack, it's a fix for an upscaling issue(something that did not affect PS2 games originally). It is not needed for all games and it could cause new issues, which is why it is in the hacks submenu and not a default feature.

RE4 is "notorius" to blurish....don't use custom resolution....use custom 1024x1024.
already tried that because i have a 4K monitor.

Thanks a lot my friend,
I already test the Custom 1020x1020 & other resolutions..
I know such graphics bugs exist like Tekken Tag Black Horizontal Lines > fixed with custom Resolutions.

But in that case glitches exist to many other games with same graphical engine,
so that looks like a code bug, or hardware graphic card incompatible

Custom resolutions are not recommended. You can fix those black horizontal lines with the Align Sprite hack.

This is a great thread created by Blyss and Nobbs and for as old as it is I can't help but wonder why it was never stickied as it provides valuable information for helping people choose the best instruction set in order to achieve the best performance for they're CPU.

This is abit outdated though now right
and it dont take into account the extra cooling needed for AVX instruction sets and the huge power too
