Compatibility Issue (HELP ME)

Hi everyone, I'm new to this so bear with me.

Can I run the pcsx2 smoothly with this Specs?
-A8 3870K APU Processor
-Radeon HD 6550D GPU Card
-MSI A75M 4MB Cache MOBO
-8GB Ram
-600 Watts PSU

and also can it handle the ps3 emulator?
