Configuration

Hello, I've search for this issue on here before and none of the suggested methods seemed to work. I can't get past the initial configuration of PCSX2. A message will just stay on the screen forever saying "Applying settings...". It worked on my old Windows Vista computer, but not on my new Windows 7. If someone can help me out with this, I would appreciate it.

right click->run as admin
and install it in a folder like c:\pcsx2

and install it in a folder like c:\pcsx2

I didn't know that I had to completely reinstall it, but it did the trick. Thanks!
