Configuration Settings for Yu-Gi-Oh! DOTR

I've been trying to play this game with sound for a long time. It's almost impossible to play this game with a decent fps rate(60) and decent sound. I've been playing around with the configuration settings for about 22 hours total. I need some help here.

OS - 32 Bit Vista
Processor - Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40GHz
CPU Speed - 2433MHZ
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT
Ram - 4.00GB

Have you tried the latest public beta (r1888)?

Works well over full speed for me. Specs in my profile. Are you using DX10 mode in GSdx? As boogerthe2nd said, use the latest beta for some nice speed boosts.
