Configuration for GT4
#1
Hi
I have an old smasung r530 laptop, it has:
Intel® Core™ i3 CPU  M 330  @ 2.13GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 310M
PCSX2 1.4.0

I need best setup to run GT4. I'm aware it may be impossible to run in 60fps, but even 40fps are satisfying.

set windows power plan to high performance, and make sure you aren't running on batteries.
enable mtvu speedhack, set gsdx internal res to native, use D3D11 renderer, set ee cycle rate to 2, vu cycle stealing to 1
And enable of course all recommended speedhacks.

this way you should be able to reach around maybe 25 fps

Not a big diffrence between the "official" config : E
It works fine in some menus in some doesn't and in racing it's like 10~fps ; /

That's about what you can expect with that PC when emulating GT4.
Nothing surprising, unfortunately.
better keep playing it on your real PS2 console for now
