My specs are:
- AMD fx6100
- 8GB RAM
- Gtx 650
The game's lagging, slow motion and fps drop sometimes.
I tried configure using youtube video's tutorials, but don't work, please help!

Did you overclock above 4.0 ghz ?

You'll likely have to do it if you want a playable experience.
That cpu is unfortunately quite weak for pcsx2.

Overclocking always comes with risks to the hardware. You have to be careful with voltage levels, temperatures, etc. That's why it's indeed important to do research first before even attempting it.
