Configure button not open
#1
I have no idea what I've done to cause this and I'm fairly the button was open when I first booted PCSX2, but I had no idea what I was doing then.

My PC Specs, if you need them.
INTEL® Core™ i7-4810MQ
NVIDIA GTX 860M 2GB

can you post a screenshot where, the problem occurs.

Also, during the game I'm playing (Yakuza 2) the screen goes black intermittently, usually during parts where there is motion, it can range from just a brief flash of black to 5 seconds of black. During this the audio continues.

I haven't changed any settings and I've used two GS; SSSE2 and AVX.

gsdx0 isn't configurable. it's a null plugin
about your problem with your game, we'll need more info like pcsx2 version, settings used (some screenshots will be a goof idea), emulog.txt content, and if you made a n iso or using your actual PS2 DVD
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

GSdx 0 simply means that it has no build number. It's still just like any other GSdx. For instance, when I built PCSX2 when the buildbot was down, all my plugins were rev 0.

Aah, alright. My bad. I don't really have a clue what I'm doing. Would you still be able to help me with configuring PCSX2 for my computer?

My PCSX2 version is 1.2.1
I'm using my iso.

Here's a print screen of the blank screen during the first cutscene of the game:

I suspect it's the iso I'm using because I cleared all settings and it's still happening, but here's the emulog anyway:

I haven't pirated it and I'm not asking for you to support my doing so. That's the ISO file that my friend took from his physical Yakuza 2 game last Saturday.
If you're not willing to help me that's fine, but don't jump to wild conclusions because I put my game in my downloads folder that's just unhelpful.
