Constant locking and releasing of Texture Cache Buffer

Hi there. I'm playing Justice League Heroes pal version. The game works perfectly, but every 2 or 3 minutes, it appears this message in the log window:

***  Locking PS2 Texture Cache Buffer..
*** Releasing PS2 Texture Cache Buffer..

And each time it does it, the emulator stops for one second, and then it resumes. It does it all the time, I can't seem to fix it. I'm sure it's a simple matter of configuration, but I don't know what. What could it be?
My computer is a CoreI7 8700, 32 GB RAM Dual Channel, XFX Radeon RX 580 Graphics Card, Motherboard Gigabyte, SSD Samsung 1TB.
I tried enabling and disabling all Speed Hacks, except the MTVU, because that would slow the game a little. Also, I'm always using EE Cyclerate and EE Cycle Skipping always at 0.
Any ideas?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
