i've been using a PS4 controller connected via USB to play Mercenaries: Playground of destruction and i managed to get it working last night. but now when i started up today it keeps telling me i need to connect a controller to port 1. loading from a save state makes the controller work fine but i can't normally pass the intro screen. hoping someone can help me.
