Controller Settings per Game?

Is it possible to have controller settings per Game?

Nope, not even if you edit the game's ini file. You have to make a custom controller profile and switch to it manually each time you wanna use it, afaik.

Yes but you need to use the QT version of pcsx2

Run pcsx2=>Settings=>Controllers=>Create a new profile and configure it and then switch back to "Shared" profile
Now right click on your game and choose Properties=>In Summary in the Input choose your new profile
