Controller being read, but no input.

Exclamation
I've used the program many times before with no problems related to controllers. I'm having the problem now of not being able to use my controller, Ds4, Works on other programs like Rocket League and Fallout 4. The program even picks up when im unplugging and plugging in the controller but when i go to add binds or even test it, there is zero input.

Ps. Sorry if there is a thread for this, all help is appreciated.

You select a button with your mouse, then hit the corresponding button on your controller...

Choose all devices.
