Your lilypad version looks really old. Which PCSX2 version are you using? Make sure you're using the latest(v1.4.0):

It might be left over from an older version you had installed. Go to the Plugin/Bios selector menu and see if a 0.11 version of Lilypad is available in the PAD section. |
