Controller has stopped working

Recently, I accidentally unplugged my gamepad from my computer.  Since then, I have not been able to get the games I play on the emulator to recognize input from it.  The controller settings under the config menu do acknowledge the device.  I have tried switching to direct input and reinstalling the device without success.  My system logs are attached here: 
  log1.txt (Size: 35,82 KB / Downloads: 181)  If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate them.
