Controller not being recongnised?

Hello, i was wondering why i cannot use two arcade stick controllers with pcsx2?
Ive tried Megapad, Lilypad, and the ssspsx plugins. I use two sticks for fighting games and only one works, the other one works when i take the 1p one out?.
Im using a madcatz tournament edition and a hori real arcade pro 3 if that helps, thanks!.
