Convert save pal to ntsc

hi all, first if i am posting this thread in a wrong place sorry me, the moderators can to change it the place. well well, my question its about a boubt i have; i am playing on pcsx2 1.2.1 ok, and i'm saving my game on memory cards that came with the package of download, you know what i am saying. i have one game that is PAL and i saved my progress in PAL, but i got the same game in a version NTSC, and when i selected the memory card to play my progress in NTSC version, dont appears my save, so i cant play.

is there  some way to convert this memorycard that is Pal version to NTSC Version? or anyway  that i can to use my save on NTSC version?
