Comments:
Game runs very slow(20-30fps) in menu's/FM.

The game runs full speed in 1.2.1 stable release during gameplay with DX11 Hardware with default speedhacks.
EE & VU speedhacks will slow down the game at setting 3.

Runs slowly in gameplay and introduces some slight graphical bugs(smoke effects, finishline road flag (only seen in in 1.2.1)) with OpenGL Hardware.
