Could I run games at 60fps with this setup?

I find Jak II to be unplayable in HW mode because daxter's eye can pop up on the mini map.

I Didn't notice this,well I used hardware mode for only a few missions because of the lag

Changed to SW mode, FPS dropped down to 50 while driving a zoomer outside Krew's bar

There it is,to run Jak,R&C and a few more games you need to use SW to get rid of graphical glitchs,but you need an powerful CPU.
If you don't mind playing it with all these graphical glitches (Black eyes are scary) so just use HW mode since you can't get good speed with SW mode,set extra rendering threads to 4 if you didn't and try again in SW mode,if it's still slow, play in HW or buy a PS3
