What's your PC specs? persona 4 will run slow in some parts unless you have good hardware regardless of settings I'm afraid. You can try the latest beta however as it may speed things a bit.

Your specs are better than mine, and i ran it around 60-80% i believe awhile back, I will try adjusting some settings and see if I can get 100%. It might be the thread that guy posted that said the first dungeon is slower than further dungeons. I'll get back to you later.

You may need to fiddle with some of the options though. With this I ran 200% usually in battle, and around 100% in classroom, and between 100-170% in cutscenes. Good Luck!

I have another question sir... why is that when i use gsdx1846 their will pop up a message... the message says "MSVCR100.dll was not found"... how can i get this?? plss help me.. thx!!
