Could not find System File

[Digosox]

Hi,
i tried to play "Gallop Racer 2004" and "Gallop Racer 2006" on pcsx2 version 1.0.0.
When i start the game, it show this message:
Could not find system file
I press "ok"
Then it ask if i "want to start with the default settings"... at this moment i can't use the left-stick to select "yes"... it doesn't work... i only can press X (and this control works) and i return to the messagge "could not find system file"...
I read some Threads similar but i don't find a solution.
Can you help me?

Also it can be one of those games that use O(Accept) as X and X(cancel) as O.
Or you are just starting the game for the first time and the game just tells you that the file don't exist and if you want to create it

And also,some game use the D-Pad to control menus

Now i have the lastest version... Same problem.
The X and the O work correctly, but can't use the pad (left and right also) to choise "YES".

i have this game the 2004 thing.
try mine
override the ini
see if you try the ff:
D key for O
S key for X
numpad 4 for left
numpad 6 for right
