Could not load GS plugin 'plugins': <NULL>

i get this error after changing settings in config and pressing ok. also, when i try to change certain things the settings don't save.

for example i mapped Pad 1 with the keyboard and clicked apply then ok, then clicked on config again and everything was deleted.

i loaded up a game and it worked fine but my settings won't save at all, no idea why. also i get errors about not being able to load memory cards.

any help would be great, thanks.

3) Run pcsx2.exe which is in the folder you extracted the files. (as admin under win7/vista)
