Cover art in wiki (Is PNG allowed?)

You don't have to worry about it loading slow on the wiki pages themselves, because those pages just contain a separate thumbnail linking to the full image page, where you can -choose- to view the full sized image. But this way there's always a SHQ image available.

Ooooh, high-definition toast!

Nyeh, I have a 3052x4304 copy of the cover art and some really odd 600ppi resolution of the whole thing.

Homer: "It's Raining Men"?!
Moe: Yeah, not no more, it ain't. [throws the record out the window which lands into Smithers' car]
Smithers: Ow! [looks at the record] Ohhh.

Yeah just resize that (and crop the back if needed) in Photoshop or whatever image editing software you have to match some of the ones we have right there.
Example
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Meant to say I use JPG covers instead of PNG. Not sure why I typed PNG in my previous post LOL.

But yeah, JPG works fine. I know PNG is the 'better quality' one, but eh.

Well cover art could be photographic, so jpeg makes sense.

I use PNG for everything on my system, but I am nuts about lossless compression.

For interwebs I use PNG for non photo raster, SVG for vector, JPG for photo raster.

I literally use JPEG only if I have to.

I use(d) FLAC and WAV for damn near all the music I have ripped

and I use 7zip for any archives I make.

Yep that's pretty much me too. All my ripped audio is FLAC, and I use 7zip with LZMA2. FTW. BBQ. CIA.
