I play from iso.
I deleted every ini file and i checked it. Its on default. I only changed what you told me.

What is u'r graphic card driver date &u playing game form iso ?
What is the difference when u disable speedhacks & enable them ?
In emulation settings,make sure all are on default
defaults are in black letters !!
Edit-sorry just checked u'r above post.maybe i was typing that time
ok u playing from iso & everything is on default
it's windows 8.
So it's possible u'r graphic card driver not uptodate
& did u update directx ?

23/05/13 nvidia latest drivers. Its an .iso and i own this game.
Default settings. I deleted every setting. All on black letters. I get 50 fps even in hd settings now
I think i will make it widescreen. I dont like 4:3. Im so excited!
