There is no way I reinstall windows just for pcsx2! I will try pcsx2 on linux and then ill give up for good

Make sure of these 3 :

you're getting the full clock of your CPU
you're using Compilers in all of settings
high performance mode

hmmm how do I do that? Is there any program that can help me?

He have a computer So
#1 he already getting Full clock of his cpu
#2 he already told he tried all settings
#3 high performance mode is for laptops not for computers

Huh did you just read what have you said if he tried all settings that means that he changed the good old originals

and that CPU use 220W with out a power plan if he is EU he may go bankrupt Laugh

AND HE COULD OVER HEAT AND THROTTLE MAKING HIS CLOCK AS LOW AS 500 MHZ

OMFG 1.4 GHZ you got to fix that buddy

go to the BIOS and search for something called multiplier the value should be 7

raise it to maximum or until the Frequent is about 3.5 GHZ at least

its 1.4 when i dont use cpu from 0% to 10%. it goes up to 3 when i play games like dota
