Justification info. for clarification.
Game runs great.
> In Hardware mode, the graphic color is a bit contrasted/saturated compared to software mode.
> Shut-down unnecessary start-up appz/task manager [Help CPU speed performance from interruption].
> PCSX2Bonus V2.0.0.2 is recommend for saving the config per game.
In case, If the above config is slow for ur PC, just manipulate to;-
* EE Cyclerate 1 | VU Cycle Stealing 1.

You didn't mention why you are using skipdraw 3.

NaughtyDogs games are having some issues with Shadowing and minor/major glitches as we'd all seen while gaming. After long search, testing in multiple old build, trailer & error, it is obtained that skipdraw is the possible/satisfying/acceptable solution for mostly old releases of NaughtyDogs (Crash,Jak...) games. Since it had obtained a good looking graphic.

As for Crash Twinsanity;
Skipdraw 1 ==> minimize the glitches into 1/2.
Skipdraw 2 ==> minimize the glitches into 1/4.
Skipdraw 3 ==> The glitches is totally removed. [The graphic is about right].
Skipdraw 4 ==> The graphic color is a bit contrasted/saturated compared to software mode.
