Crash once emulation starts
#11
I had something similar to your problem once I first tried running pcsx2 (0.9.4 i think), and as far as I remember it miraculously fixed itself without me doing anything Smile))

Not sure if this helps any, but here is a screenshot of the crash, with the console output. The crash happens just as the emulation window opens. As you can see, if I ignore the error and just play the emulation window anyway, it works, but it no longer can save, load, or do anything beside be a slave and run the game(or in this case, the USA bios), which isn't very useful.Tongue

One log file, coming up:
(NOTE: the stupid notepad program added extra empty lines when I copyed it, and it'll take forever to edit it back to normal, so that's where the extra spaces came from if you are wondering.)

That did the trick it seems, so far. I had usb and firewire set null, but dev was set to something else.Biggrin

I still have to test saving in game, the only game I have is FFX, which takes forever before you can save, so I guess I'll be back in a few hours or tomorrow(depending on if bedtime comes too soon, which it might.) I guess I could test the bios first, but I got a few chores to do around the house.

You all are some of the fastest support people ever, by the way. Amazing.Happy
