Crash tag team racing low fps

I play this game using default setting with constant frameskipping since the game running slow while other games work perfectly. What are the best settings for pcsx2 1.2.1 ? Please help.

If you were resorted to use Frame skipping then it's highly likely that your processor won't cut it for the following game, better try some lower demanding games.

No the game is working at good speed but at title screen the game is extremely slow even disable or enable frameskipping. Please tell your best settings.

Not much you can do about it really. your CPU just isn't fast enough. That chipset gpu isn't going to cut it either.
