Crash twinsanity HELP

my crash twinsanity game is running at good fps but its not enough because i have an alienware m14x i get 60fps but it doesnt run constantly smoothly and ive seen weaker laptops run smooth like water! when i disable frame limiting i get over 200 fps! so my hardware is definately powerful enough to run at 60 fps constantly can you please help! this doesnt happen on other games they all run constantly smoothly except twinsanity like bodukai tenkaichi 3 or freekstyle or crazyfrog 1 and 2 ive seen many other guides on twinsanity best settings but none help!!

Someone hasn't heard of the Print Screen key apparently..

Also, 6 BIOS? I doubt you own all these PS2s, so i'm gonna report you for piracy and you're free to appeal to the rest of us with proof of ownership, no support will be given until then. You should have read the rules first.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
