Crash twinsanity problems

I need help,There is no music and i get stuck in a cutscene in cavern catatosphe when cortex is about to grab the crystal he just stays with his happy face when he founds the crystal

if you could help me i will be so pleased Thank you

Not sure if the game is compatible or not, try re-ripping your iso and reverting to default settings for a start. Also, shouldn't this be in general support?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
