Crash when changing settings or starting a game.

Basically the title.

Can't access the settings (Interface, BIOS, Audio etc) without the program closing itself or for that matter even start up a game

My Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz 
RAM: 16GB
GPU: ‎NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
Using the Nightly version. Used the stable release but it was the same (still crashed)
Using Windows 10

Also, in the Apps section, I can't seem to find anything related to Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL or anything related to a compatibility pack (or maybe I don't know where to look). Would appreciate some advice since I already reinstalled two times, checked the drivers etc.

Already did that. Still the same. It still closes and doesn't let me interact with anything.
