Crash when going to video configuration

Hey, first time trying to instal, everytime I try to go in Configuration -> video -> Plugin setup

it crashes; only message is "PCSW2 has stopped working"

I'm not sure why and I stilll don't know much about this program and haven't found much on google yet so i'm posting here

(on another post they he updated direct x11 and it solved but I have direct x11)

As well as, do you have a more info box on the PCSX2 has stopped working dialog? If so, can you show please?
