Crashing when opening any settings

Hello! I'm rather new to emulators and have been trying to use PCSX2. I followed a tutorial and installed everything with bios and the game I wanted. When going to launch the game or open any settings at all, PCSX2 crashes with no crash log. I tried uninstalling to a previous version, updating my drivers, and using a different BIOS. All to no avail. I've looked at some other forums but my problems still aren't fixed. Here's my specs:
12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12600K  3.69 GHz
Geforce GTX 1080 (old I know lol)
16 GB DDR4 3200 RAM

Thanks for such a quick response! It's giving an error that says "No driver was found can be installed on the current device." Is this for integrated graphics?
