Crisis called: PCSX2 built-in cheats

now even epsxe & project64 have built-in cheats system, but pcsx2? nothing.
i can't finish shadow man 2 without cheats (i can't even play this game because this game is still in incompatible list).
do you know any plugin for pcsx2 like old versions of epsxe that have all cheats of all games for pcsx2? (i can't make .panch files, it's very complicated for me, sorry)
