Are the Sly, Jak, God of war, and ratchet games more accurate on PCSX2 vs RPCS3?

CPU: Intel i5-8400 2.8 GHz (4.0 GHz Turbo)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Gaming OC (6 GB)
RAM: Ripjaws V Series, 2x8 GB DDR4 (2666 MHz)

Those games you mentioned are near perfectly accurate in software mode using pcsx2.
Can't really tell about rpcs3, though

rpcs3 has a compatibility list on their website, you should go check there. Also youtube.

If you ask in rpcs3 forum, you will get feedback like pcsx2 is more accurate and recommended for emulation of ps2 games.

Makes sense.  The emulator dedicated to PS2 emulation is gonna be more accurate than a PS3 emulator
