Cutscenes slowed, including voice acting

I'm playing a game called Steambot Chronicles, an old PS2 game, and I've played the physical copy, but for some reason the cutscenes are slowed, which I wouldn't care about as much if it didn't include the voice acting, which is quite annoying. I'm playing on Steam Deck, if that helps, and though I tried a method someone else suggested, a few years ago, it was for windows, and I can't find what theu suggested. Something about Skipdraw.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'll admit, I don't know, and I don't know how to find out. I downloaded it via Emudeck, not too long ago. I'd assume the latest version, or the one before that maybe. Steam Deck is really tough to figure out when it comes to files and similar.
