Because if you are:

Config -> Video -> Plugin settings. Enable HW Hacks. Click configure. Set TC Offset X and Y to 500. Then it looks like:

I played it bunches with EE cycle rate hack at 1.
I dont have that option at Plugin Settings...

The TC offset was added with a later then stable SVN for you may have to upgrade to a newer svn to get that option

Done, but i get 30 FPS now since the speedhacks are at 1...

You can still use speedhacks with those settings.

I was running EE cycle rate hack at 3 with those pictures.

I still lagg for some reason when I use the SpeedHacks, I don't know why.

Fixed it by playing with the settings a little more.

EDIT: Ok, this game is bugged as duck...

During those "Defend yourself" events the screen goes black en I instantly get ringed out.... I think I just remove this game from my PC and play DBZ instead...
