D3D plugin (PSX) texture glitches
Firstly, let me apologize if this isn't the correct forum, but I'm unable to post in the developer section.

I'm developing a D3D11 PSEmu-Pro plugin, and I'm getting texture flickering when I try to render a large number of primPolyFT3 (moreso than other) primitives when using a large vertex buffer using the DISCARD/NO_OVERWRITE flags. I believe GSdx had a similar problem, so if there are any knowledgeable D3D developers in here, I'd like to know what is the fix to get around this glitch/bug.
