if that unusuable memory is allocated to an integrated gpu, then probably not.

Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is a bit heavy on Graphics. Integrated GPU will run VERY slow.
Well, I Have a DBZ BT 3 NTSC Version, and it runs perfect with these settings.

YES. Smile BUT FullSpeed .....Unsure...

To run this game at full speed, you NEED to enable Frameskip of 1, 2 AND Enable the MTVU Hack.. It will give a boost. frameskip helps me to get fps more than 90 fps.

Set Clamp Mode to none and Round Mode to nearest in both EE/IOP and VU Sections.

Get the latest SVN PCSX2 SVN

Well try the game and then post if you have further problems.

ouch are you under 8 yrs old of something??
anyway type "dxdiag" in the start menu's search box
and screenshot every category tab this also includes the video card information.
