but as i mentioned to get full speed in hd u should get a new gpu.
for now u can try 2x or 3x native in gsdx to see how impressive it looks.

I honestly, don't care about the graphics. But, either way, 3x native looks good, and runs good.

Not FULL speed. I get about 55FPS to 59FPS. Even the lowest of frames are about 48FPS..

Anyway, I want to change my Renderer from Direct3D9 to Direct3D11. However, it only gives Direct3D10 as a option. I know I have Direct3D11 as a option, because I run it with Dolphin. Any help..?

no idea. it does same for me. no direct3d11 option is there.
the best thing u can try is the latest stable and latest svn version of pcsx2 and update gpu drivers.
any other guy might explain the reason of it not displaying though...
