DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Flashing!

Hi, because i dont find the old thread anymore i ask here my question.

I got the problem that my game is flashing the whole time, so i got the answer to transfer my European Pal (DBZ BT3.iso) to an American NTSC.

The problem is, that i cant convert it. I got an converter but he always wants videofiles and no iso.

So some1 know why?

to send iso is illegal, for one. what settings are you using on PCSX2/gsdx?

just use gsdx 1.5 you can get it from here
