I have 0.9.7. Pc Statistika :
PCSX2 0.9.7 (r3113)
Plugin :
GSDX(3623) 0.1.16

CUP : Intel dual core 2.20
RAM : 2 GB
Grafik : Geforce 8600 512 mb
HDD : 320 GB
OS : win7 64 bit

Dragon ball z budokai tenkaich 2 have a problem with graphics.

PCSX2 settings? plugin settings?

Try enabling "native" in GSdx graphics plugin and changing the renderer to Direct3D10 (Hardware) if you aren't already.

Ugh, unrelated but uncheck all the gamefixes, they're supposed to be used only for the game that needs them.

There has been "black character" errors on DBZ games before, if my suggestion didn't help try making a search on the forums.
